Masala is a Meal Plan full of the diverse flavors of India. These plant based Indian-inspired recipes are free of meat, dairy, eggs, oil, and highly processed ingredients.

Indian cuisine is especially suited to Dirty adaptation because of its reliance on legumes and complex spice profiles. These are two of our specialties.

Our recipes use a variety of dried spices not only because they’re delicious, but also because they contain the highest percentages of antioxidants compared to all other foods. It’s thought antioxidants play an important role in helping our cells stay healthy and withstand the stressors of ultraviolet light, toxic chemicals, and even exercise. Turmeric, garam masala, and coriander are just some of the spices you’ll use in this plan.

Loving Masala so far; this Spiced Chickpea Wrap with Mango Lime Chutney was so incrediblMy daughter and I love Indian food and eat at a local place frequently. She is Omni and I am plant based. She was whining that our restaurant is closed on Mondays, so I said, “tonight I am making Masala from my first-time batching!” She snubbed her nose but said ‘fine but with chicken’. She gobbled up every drop of that Masala and raved about it! Here’s the kicker, I normally hate cauliflower but told myself I had to be open minded… and I love it with the Masala! I swear ya’ll are wizards with the flavors!
