All the recipes in our meal plans are Whole Food Plant Based, free of meat, dairy, poultry, seafood, eggs, refined sugar, refined flour and oil. The focus is on veggies, legumes, whole grains, fruit, nuts, and seeds.
Each meal plan has a shopping list, a list of recipes that you will make on your batch cooking day, a list of nightly dinner instructions, and your weekly meal plan at a glance.
Your month starts the day you sign up and your first meal plan will be in your classroom the following Friday. A new meal plan will open every Friday at 12:01 am PT.
Your card will automatically be charged the following month. If you want to stop receiving the meal plans, you must notify us via email before the charge goes through.
This way of eating will change your relationship with food. Most people who eat the Standard American Diet are used to eating three meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. When you eat the right fuel it might be that you don't get hungry until 11am. Or it could be that you want to drink a green smoothie as part one of your breakfast and a bowl of fruit for part two of your breakfast.
Because you will be focusing on the quality of your calories and not the quantity of your calories, new ways of thinking about how and what you eat is inevitable. It could be that you really love soup for breakfast or sweet potatoes - or other things that aren't typical breakfast foods. I encourage you to play around with this and listen to your body. I do not give you specific breakfast recipes because I want to encourage you to pay around with the food you batch cooked and see what kind of breakfasts you can come up with on your own.
This is about redefining your relationship with food and empowering you to take control of your health and your food choices.
I don't add quantities to the weekly shopping list because I have no way of knowing how many people you are cooking for and what you already have in your kitchen.
It might seem strange at first, but going through the recipes and and what you already have in your kitchen and adding your own quantities is a great exercise. It mentally prepares you for your week in food and it will minimize throwing out ingredients or doubling up on ingredients that you don't need.
After the first couple of weeks, you will see why this works.
The One Week Clean Food Reboot is one week of every single meal and snack. These are weekly meal plans with a bit more flexibility and choices on your end.
Our meal plans focus on the quality of the food you eat, not the quantity. This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle.
Yes. Eating a Whole Food Plant Based diet will help you lose weight in a natural and safe way.
For the most part the recipes are kid friendly - absolutely! If you're part of our private Facebook group, feel free to ask around in there. We have lots of moms who's kiddos gobble up the recipes.
The meal plans contain a wide range of unprocessed whole plant foods. If you have food allergies or sensitivities you are welcome to make adjustments.
Our meal plans take the planning out of your weekly routine. We also focus on nutrient diversity so that you get a wide range of nutrients each and every week. Even if you eat healthy, these plans will make your life easier and keep you from getting into a food rut.
Your materials are placed in a virtual classroom so you can live anywhere in the world and have access to them. All you need is a computer and internet connection.
Yes. All of the recipes in the plans are Molly's recipes.
No. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to the classroom where the meal plans are located. It is advisable that you download the meal plans directly to your computer before you cancel.
Some of the recipes are on the blog. Some are new creations that haven't yet been added to the blog. The value comes from the meal plans, not the single recipes.
We provide 5 different meals that you can make with your batched items each week. This will give you lots of variety.
You will be able to put together other meals throughout the week from the items you batch each week. We don't give you breakfast and lunch recipes per se, but you will have plenty of food batched so you can easily whip things together for lunch and breakfast.
One of the reasons we offer these meal plans is so people don't get burnt out on eating the same thing over and over and so you get plenty of nutrient diversity.
Our recipes are simple and they don't use a ton of hard to find ingredients. If there is something you can't find you can always email us and ask for a substitution suggestion.
You can also post questions in our incredibly loving and supportive Private Facebook Group. We have people in this group from every corner of the globe.
The Meal Plans are released every Friday. If you purchase before a Friday, you will have access to your first Meal Plan for that Friday. If you purchase the Meal Plans after midnight on Friday, your first Meal Plan will start the following Friday.
Yes, you can.
I create the meal plans choosing the fastest and easiest methods to prepare the food. A pressure cooker and slow cooker makes this way of cooking much faster and easier.
That said, there is always a way to do it without! I don't include multiple ways to cook specific recipes in the meal plans, but you can always email me and ask for an alternative method.
