Gourmet Plant-Based Meal Plan

“Eating whole-food plant-based is so much easier and more delicious when doing it with Clean Food Dirty Girl. Those Dirty wizards have a way with plants that leaves me feeling like I’m winning at food, and loving the leftovers (if I can get to them before my family eats them first)! I highly recommend trying it – you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!”

Savory Breakfast Burritos with Smoky Gouda Sauce and Melon Slices kick things off in a big way. Soft scrambled tofu, roasted sweet potato hash, and crispy smoky tempeh bits are wrapped up into hearty burritos and finished with a generous drizzle of Smoky Gouda Cheesy Sauce. Fresh melon slices on the side keep everything balanced, making this a meal you’ll be happy to nosh on any time of day..

Spinach, Mushroom & Artichoke Frittata and Blueberry Breakfast Salad brings serious brunch energy to your dinner plate. The veggie-packed frittata gets a finishing touch of herb-forward hollandaise, while the salad is tossed with a Citrus Spiced Drizzle that ties everything together. Every bite has a little something different, making this one of those meals you won’t forget anytime soon.
“Hi Molly, This a basic fan letter! I have been a WFPB eater for 26 years. For years, I had a WFPB cooking school where I taught this way of eating to people suffering from AIDS, heart disease, and diabetes. I was self-taught. I ended up going to study with Dr. Neal Barnard and completed his program. I loved him, but not his recipes! I had a wellness center and cooking school for 17 years before I decided to retire. I became bored with my meals and stumbled onto your website. It changed everything for me! The recipes are simply delicious! I have a full membership that means the world to me! I definitely underuse its capabilities as I don’t like to batch cook. I do create a meal plan and use the shopping list, but normally I have everything I need already. Even if I don’t plan, I can search the ingredients I have and find a delicious meal. The meals are always unbelievable! I have tried many other websites and meal plans, none of them turned me on like your recipes.
I feel like I lack the words to convey how much your website means to me! Im a full time caregiver for my husband now and your website lifts the burden of having to think of stuff to make he will eat. He eats ALL of the meals I make from your recipes. I am deeply grateful for you and your team. Oh and I LOVE the love letters! Thank you so very much Molly and Team Dirty I genuinely love you!”

Plant-powered Sausage, Scrambled Tofu and Avo Toast proves that simple combinations can still steal the show. Soft scrambled tofu pairs perfectly with savory breakfast sausage patties, while creamy avocado toast rounds everything out. It’s satisfying, packed with flavor, and the kind of meal you’ll find yourself craving long after the week is over.
“The food is always good, and they listen to suggestions on ways to improve the meal plan. Like making quick, simple ones for those of us who struggle through more gourmet meals. You can just look at the vault. If you don’t want all of the grocery list and such. I eat way more whole food and less processed food when I follow the meal plan.”

Smoky Tempeh & Asparagus Benedict with Hollandaise and Oranges gives a classic brunch favorite a fresh plant-based makeover. Toasted English muffins are layered with mashed avocado, spinach, tomato, and tender asparagus before being topped with creamy hollandaise and crispy tempeh bits. Sweet orange slices on the side brighten up every bite and make this feel just as right for a weeknight dinner as it does for a lazy weekend brunch..

Cheesy Jalapeno Grits & Roasted Sweetie Hash Bowl wraps up the lineup with pure comfort. Creamy grits with just the right amount of jalapeño heat are piled high with spinach and seasoned sweet potato hash, then smothered in Smoky Gouda Cheesy Sauce and finished with Smoky Tempeh Bacon Bits. It’s bold, cozy, and exactly what breakfast for dinner should be.

And because no breakfast-themed menu feels complete without something sweet, there’s a bonus recipe for Caramel Apple Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Cake. This lightly sweet, moist oat cake brings together caramel apple and pumpkin pie flavors in every bite. Enjoy it with your morning coffee, after dinner, or anytime you want a little something special.
