The Mushroom Stroganoff with Maple Tahini Tossed Salad is fit for a family or a party of one. A plateful of warm fettuccine noodles is loaded with stroganoff sauce and a generous dollop of Nuts & Seeds Sour Cream—it hits all the right notes. Paired with a beautifully dressed salad, this meal will satiate the heartiest of appetites.

We made the entire plan (my omni boyfriend has a stroganoff fixation). It was excellent.
