With these versatile components on hand, you could whip together a range of plant based meals in under 15 minutes, such as:

  • Rice and bean burrito (assemble and top with avocado) 
  • Mac and cheese (you would just have to cook the pasta) 
  • Rice salad (grab a bowl and add some cold rice, frozen or canned corn, chopped bell pepper, minced onion, olives, vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste; serve with avocado on top) 
  • Big ass salad with lots of veggies, topped with Cashew Ranch Dressing and Tamari Roasted Sunflower Seeds 
  • Power bowl with rice, beans, veggies, and Deluxe Cheesy Sauce 
  • Bean tacos with lettuce, chopped cabbage, salsa, lime juice, and Cashew Ranch Dressing
