Hibiscus Lemonade
Lemon, maple syrup and hibiscus tea are all you need to whip up this refreshing summertime favorite!
Servings 2 8 oz cups
Ingredients
- 1½ cups water boiling
- 1 bag hibiscus tea plain hibiscus or an herbal blend with hibiscus, such as Raspberry Zinger / can omit to make regular lemonade
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 2⅔ tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup adjust amount to personal taste
Instructions
- Steep your tea bags in the boiling water for 4-5 minutes then remove and discard the tea bags. Refrigerate the tea until cooled.
- Add the lemon juice and maple syrup to the cooled tea and whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Serve over ice.
