Think about it — It would be very difficult to eat all those fruits and vegetables below within a day but you can sure drink a few glasses of juice in a day (if you wanted to).
This juice alone would have your more than recommended daily dose of veggies and fruits taken care of.
The general rule of thumb for juicing fruits and vegetables is having one or two juicy components; cucumber / celery / watermelon,
one leafy green or root component; kale / spinach / beets and
one sweet component; apple / orange / pear.
Based on the 3 main guiding rules above, you truly can juice any fruit and vegetable you have on hand by combining them.
Makes over 5 Cups
4 pieces of Bok Choy
1 head of Kale
3 pieces of fennel bulb
1 beet with the top (leafy green area)
1/2 bunch of parsley
